**What to expect: A free, 101 course that does not include ground work – but is focused on natural body movements, where technique trumps strength, making it accessible and effective for everyone.

Event Accessibility: Event will be mostly standing, accommodations made for those needing to sit – please let us know ahead of time if a chair / wheel chair will be present so that we can appropriately set the room. The Pride Center is wheelchair accessible with a water fountain and bathroom. Entrance is in the back from the “Wawa side”.
