Meet at 9:45AM\, Speeches @ 10:00 – march will start approx. at 10:30 and head through downtown BACK to the festival at Riverfront Park! Because this is not a parade\, registration is not required.\nWe’d love to see you in your FXBG PRIDE shirts – found here: https://shop.spreadshirt.com/fxbg-pride/ Access to this event is FREE\n\nFestival: The Festival will be open at Riverfront Park to the pubic from 11am-4pm. Access to the event will be blocked until 11AM\, please allow our vendors time to set up and do not enter the area until opening (Once the march has re-entered the festival space). We will have 120 vendors\, resources\, non-profits and activities at Riverfront Park. Access to this event is FREE\n\nAfterparty: The afterparty will be open from 6pm-11pm. Please allow our vendors time to set up and do not enter Market Square until 6pm. Have an ID ready if you plan on purchasing any alcoholic beverages. Event is for all ages until 9pm. An adults only (18+) DJ will be in attendance from 9pm-11pm. Access to this event is FREE\n\nAccessibility\, Parking and First Aid:\n*Attendee Event Entrance: Will be in main park entrance on the corner of Sophia Street and Charlotte Street. E\n*All booths/tents are to have a clear\, clean space with standard table height accessible to all. All participants whether a citizen\, vendors\, volunteers\, paid staff or others are treated with courtesy and respect. By entering our event premises\, you agree to our the Dress Code regulated by the City of Fredericksburg. “A person who intentionally makes an obscene display or exposure of his person or the private parts thereof in any public place or in any place where others are present or procures another to so expose himself shall be guilty of a class 1 misdemeanor. No person shall be deemed to be in violation of this section for breastfeeding a child in any public place or any place where others are present.” When you enter a Fredericksburg Pride (FXBG Pride) event or program\, you enter an area where photography\, audio\, and video recording may occur. By entering the event premises\, you consent to interview(s)\, photography\, audio recording\, video recording and its/their release\, publication\, exhibition\, or reproduction to be used for news\, webcasts\, promotional purposes\, telecasts\, advertising\, inclusion on websites\, social media\, or any other purpose by FXBG Pride and its affiliates and representatives. Images\, photos\, and/or videos may be used to promote similar FXBG Pride events in the future\, highlight the event and exhibit the capabilities of FXBG Pride. You release FXBG Pride\, its officers and employees\, and each and all persons involved from any liability connected with the taking\, recording\, digitizing\, or publication and use of interviews\, photographs\, computer images\, video\, and/or sound recordings. Offensive or overly aggressive pursuit of photographs is not permitted. By entering the event premises\, you waive all rights you may have to any claims for payment or royalties in connection with any use\, exhibition\, streaming\, web casting\, televising\, or other publication of these materials\, regardless of the purpose or sponsoring of such use\, exhibiting\, broadcasting\, webcasting\, or other publication irrespective of whether a fee for admission or sponsorship is charged. You also waive any right to inspect or approve any photo\, video\, or audio recording taken by FXBG Pride or the person or entity designated to do so by FXBG Pride.
