Perfect for all levels – no yoga experience necessary. The studio has about 10 yoga mats available to borrow. Participants are encouraged to bring their own yoga mat if possible\, there are limited to borrow.  Everything else needed for practice will be provided. \nAccessibility: Dragonfly Yoga Studio is not wheelchair accessible. There is a flight of stairs to access the studio.

Meet at Riverfront Park @ 10:00AM  Procession to begin at 10:30 AM through the streets downtown with Progress Pride flags on either side of us!  Route to lead us directly into FXBG PRIDE @ Old Mill Park!  Why a morning march? By entering our event premises\, you agree to our the Dress Code regulated by the City of Fredericksburg. “A person who intentionally makes an obscene display or exposure of his person or the private parts thereof in any public place or in any place where others are present or procures another to so expose himself shall be guilty of a class 1 misdemeanor. No person shall be deemed to be in violation of this section for breastfeeding a child in any public place or any place where others are present.” When you enter a Fredericksburg Pride (FXBG Pride) event or program\, you enter an area where photography\, audio\, and video recording may occur. When she was dreaming about building her family\, she wrote this poem to honor Pride’s history of resistance and imagined sharing it with her future child one day. It has become a tradition to read it at their annual brunch the day before the Pride March with family and friends. Joanna McClintick lives with her wife and child in Brooklyn.  Juana Medina is the author-illustrator of Juana & Lucas</i>\, which won the 2017 Pura Belpré Author Award; Juana & Lucas: Big Problemas</i>; Juana & Lucas: Muchos Changes</i>; and many other titles and has illustrated numerous picture books\, including Smick! by Doreen Cronin and I’m a Baked Potato! by Elise Primavera.
