No person shall be deemed to be in violation of this section for breastfeeding a child in any public place or any place where others are present.” When you enter a Fredericksburg Pride (FXBG Pride) event or program\, you enter an area where photography\, audio\, and video recording may occur. Privacy of the participants at Fredericksburg Pride & FXBG PRIDE is respected\, and photography / videography of individuals at the event may be limited by the individuals denial of a request for a photograph / videography / interview. We understand this may be hard in some instances as large group photos may be taken in an effort to show size of event or the capabilities of FXBG PRIDE. Within a month following the event an individual may request a photo of said individual to be blurred of their face for privacy. Other considerations may be considered per request – FXBG PRIDE and Fredericksburg Pride affiliates have the right to deny requests prior / after to event\, with respect. Inappropriate photography/videography that\, in the sole opinion of Fredericksburg Pride\, would reflect in a derogatory manner on the Committee\, the event or its participants\, is prohibited. Offensive or overly aggressive pursuit of photographs is not permitted. By entering the event premises\, you waive all rights you may have to any claims for payment or royalties in connection with any use\, exhibition\, streaming\, web casting\, televising\, or other publication of these materials\, regardless of the purpose or sponsoring of such use\, exhibiting\, broadcasting\, web casting\, or other publication irrespective of whether a fee for admission or sponsorship is charged. Meet at Riverfront Park @ 10:00AM  Procession to begin at 10:30 AM through the streets downtown with Progress Pride flags on either side of us!  Route to lead us directly into FXBG PRIDE @ Old Mill Park!  Why a morning march? All participants whether a citizen\, vendors\, volunteers\, paid staff or others are treated with courtesy and respect. By entering our event premises\, you agree to our the Dress Code regulated by the City of Fredericksburg. “A person who intentionally makes an obscene display or exposure of his person or the private parts thereof in any public place or in any place where others are present or procures another to so expose himself shall be guilty of a class 1 misdemeanor. No person shall be deemed to be in violation of this section for breastfeeding a child in any public place or any place where others are present.” When you enter a Fredericksburg Pride (FXBG Pride) event or program\, you enter an area where photography\, audio\, and video recording may occur. By entering the event premises\, you consent to interview(s)\, photography\, audio recording\, video recording and its/their release\, publication\, exhibition\, or reproduction to be used for news\, webcasts\, promotional purposes\, telecasts\, advertising\, inclusion on websites\, social media\, or any other purpose by FXBG Pride and its affiliates and representatives.
