DESCRIPTION:When: August 30th\, 1:00 PM – 2:00 PM\nLocation: Dragonfly Yoga Studio – Fredericksburg\, 810 Caroline St\, Fredericksburg\, VA 22401\nReservation Required: email mhenry.fxbgpride@gmail to reserve your spot(s)\n\nThere is a lot going on in life\, sometimes we just need to slow down..\nDragonfly Yoga is hosting FREE Slow Flow Yoga for FXBG Pride on Saturday\, August 30th\, 1:00 PM – 2:00 PM\n\nJoin us for an opportunity to relax and unwind. Perfect for all levels – no yoga experience necessary. The studio has about 10 yoga mats available to borrow. Participants are encouraged to bring their own yoga mat if possible\, there are limited to borrow. Everything else needed for practice will be provided.\n\nAccessibility: Dragonfly Yoga Studio at Caroline St is wheelchair accessible. Water is available but we encourage bringing your own.
